Theoretical or Real Fair Value?
Please do not confuse our Fair Value and program trading premium (PREM) execution levels with so called "theoretical prices" for buy sell programs listed in the media and announced on CNBC, whose prices for fair value and buy sell programs are only theoretical in nature; and therefore not applicable in the real world of program trading and index arbitrage, using real money, in real accounts, and day trading for real profits. Our program trading premium execution levels, listed above in US Dollars, are the actual price levels that our clients will use today to execute computer assisted buy sell programs for index arbitrage and day trading the stock market, and are different from the levels announced on CNBC. Our levels include clearing costs, any normal slippage on executions, and the effect of NYSE trading curbs placed on the computer entry of stock orders; and therefore, are always higher for program buying and lower for program selling, than theoretical prices like those announced on CNBC. Any stocks mentioned above are only a small sample of the stocks we have pre-programmed each day in the stock market for either program buying or program selling.
Our Program Trading Stock Report is for online trading. You can also use our report for NASDAQ stock trading, and option trading in addition to online trading. It is not just for index arbitrage or online trading of futures on the CME, like the SP 500. There is a reason why there are more NYSE and NASDAQ stocks pre-programmed and weighted on one side of the NYSE market and NASDAQ market than on the other on certain days. If you have been wondering about that, then click here. If you have other questions about index arbitrage or the stock market, then hit the link below and send us your questions. We will promptly email you a reply. If you have comments or suggestions, please email us at:
